All products sold at The American Vape Company contain nicotine and are restricted to adults 21 years of age or older. In compliance with the federal PACT Act, every delivery requires an adult signature (21+) with valid government-issued photo ID at the point of delivery. Packages cannot be left unattended. If the carrier is unable to verify age after multiple delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us and a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Due to PACT Act regulations, vapor and nicotine products cannot be shipped via USPS. We ship through approved private carriers that offer adult signature verification. Delivery times may be longer than standard e-commerce shipments as a result.
We currently ship within the United States only. We are unable to ship to states, counties, or municipalities where the sale or shipment of vapor or nicotine products is prohibited or restricted by local law, including flavor-restricted jurisdictions. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.
Once shipped, tracking details are emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update. If your tracking has not updated for 5+ business days, contact us at support@theamericanvapecompany.com.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered with a verified adult signature.
Because we sell nicotine-containing consumable products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
For health and safety reasons, opened or used nicotine pouches, pods, and e-liquid products cannot be returned.
Return shipping for defective or incorrect items is covered by us. For all other eligible returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. See our Refund Policy for full details.
