Yes. All customers must be 21 or older. Age is verified at checkout, and federal law (PACT Act) requires an adult signature with valid government-issued photo ID at delivery. Packages cannot be left without signature.
Yes. We exclusively carry products that have received FDA marketing authorization, including ZYN nicotine pouches, JUUL pods and devices, and Logic products. More authorized brands are coming soon.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days; expedited takes 2–3 business days. Because nicotine products require special carrier handling under the PACT Act, delivery can take slightly longer than typical online orders. Standard shipping is free on orders $50+.
Some states and municipalities restrict or prohibit the shipment of vapor and nicotine products. If your address is in a restricted area, we cannot complete the order and will issue a full refund. This is a legal requirement, not a store policy.
For health and safety reasons, opened or used nicotine products (pouches, pods, e-liquids) cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Defective items are covered for 30 days. See our Refund Policy for details.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit.
